America's WETLAND Chairman and Women of the Storm Founder Listed amongst New Orleans' Most Influential People

WWL TV polled community, civic, and political leaders in New Orleans about the most powerful leaders in the city. Both R. King Milling, chairman of the America's WETLAND Foundation board and Anne Milling, founder of Women of the Storm, were listed in the top twenty.
