Riding the Rim

Riding the Rim

Terry Forrette is working to change the world - or at least his piece of it - one mile at a time. A long-time motorcycle rider, Terry is combining his passion for motorcycle touring with his concern for the disappearing Louisiana's wetlands into a new project called "Riding the Rim."

In celebration of Earth Day 2007, Terry embarked on a 3 month, 12,000 mile motorcycle tour around the perimeter of the contiguous 48 States to raise funds and awareness to help restore Louisiana's coast - an area known as America's WETLAND.

The America's WETLAND: Campaign to Save Coastal Louisiana is proud to join Terry in this effort and to support him as he raises awareness of the impact that Louisiana's wetland loss has on the state, nation and world.

For more information about Terry or to following him during the trip, please visit www.ridingtherim.com.
